  1. Poor business practice to advertise an offer when it has ended.
    Especially when it is still the month of January and the copy reads: “Here’s a promo to light up your January”.
    By all means advertise the product. BUT the offer should be removed when it has expired and not left up.
    I am very disappointed.

    • Hi Angela, we value your feedback. We would always add a *Promo Ended* clause on the Title of our Promotion Post at the end of every Promotion. Furthermore, every post would have a clear end-date at the bottom of the post. We hope this would help.
